Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and most areas across Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–3 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most serviceable areas of Pakistan. COD availability depends on your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided). You can use this tracking number to track your order with the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Mb Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.

Delivery Delays

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the package and product (if applicable) so we can assist you promptly.
